Open access for readers

The journal provides immediate open access to all published content. Readers may freely access full texts on the journal website without registration, subscription, or payment. Open access promotes broad dissemination of research results and increases citation of published works.

The publication is registered as an open-access electronic scholarly journal. Founder and publisher: ООО "Группа компаний Рино Лэнс".

Publication costs for authors

Publication in the journal is free for authors. The article processing charge (APC) is 0 ₽. The editorial office does not charge submission, review, or publication fees for accepted articles. Authors do not pay for expedited review or other additional services.

CC BY 4.0 license

All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. The license permits anyone to share the material—copy and redistribute it in any medium or format—and to adapt, remix, transform, and build upon it for any purpose, including commercial use.

The only mandatory condition is attribution: when using the material, you must retain information about the authors, article title, journal, year and issue number, and a link to the license. When a DOI is available, cite the persistent link to the published version.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright in their works. By submitting a manuscript, the author grants the journal a non-exclusive right to publish the article under the CC BY 4.0 license. The author remains the rights holder and may use the material for teaching, research, and other purposes in compliance with the license terms.
